Point 1
Invoices are payable within 14 days of invoice date. Late payments may be subject to additional fees and charges.

For new clients, a fee of 50% of total services is payable on receipt of signed terms and conditions, and the remainder payable once invoiced. This covers the initial discussions and review of all reports.
Point 3
For School Searches we will recommend those schools that meet need and we always try to recommend up to three schools, however in some cases this is not always possible. We will only make recommendations that fit within your criteria and the needs of the child or young person, or that we believe suitable, which may mean less than three school options.
Point 4
EHCP Schools are not responsible for seeking availability of places in schools recommended in reports where these schools are to be funded through an EHC Plan. It is down to the individual schools to manage their places. For independent self-paying schools we are able to discuss availability of places.
