This policy tells you what EHCP Schools does in relation to the holding and using of personal information about you or your family, which may be obtained from you or other sources during our work.

The information and reports you provide to EHCP Schools are processed and stored in a file held at 30 Keble Road, Maidenhead, SL6 6BA and on the company computer.

This data will only be shared with your Local Authority and education professionals with your permission and you have a right to withdraw that consent at any time.

This information is used for the administration of the EHCP Schools service to you and for the purpose of providing school advice, SEND Consultancy and keeping accounts and records.

You have a right to ask for copies of data we hold on you or your family, or for us to delete copies.

Under UK data protection law, we must have a “lawful basis” for collecting and using your personal information.  You can find out more about your data protection rights and the exemptions which may apply on the Information Commissioners' Office (ICO’s) website.

We hold your contact details and reports for a period of up to 3 years on our Google Drive with encryption, access controls and two factor authentication.  Google provides Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) which outline how data is handled under regulations like GDPR.
