If your Local Authority decline to issue an EHCP following a Needs Assessment, we can support you in making an Appeal to the SEND Tribunal.  This will include gathering the evidence required and completing a SEND35 form and reasons for appeal. 
We will advise on additional evidence that you may need to secure to be successful.
