If your Local Authority have declined to assess your young person for an EHCP, I can support you in making an Appeal to the SEND Tribunal.  This will include gathering the evidence required and completing a SEND35a form and reasons for appeal.  Hearings will be heard on papers and I will support your through the full Appeal timetable.
