If your Local Authority have refused to assess your young person for an EHC Needs Assessment, we can support you in making an Appeal to the SEND Tribunal.  This will include gathering the evidence required, obtaining a Mediation Certificate, completing a SEND35a form with reasons for appeal and helping you to lodge your Appeal with the SEND Tribunal.  This must be completed within 2 months of the date on your LA's decision letter refusing an assessment (or one month from the date of the Mediation Certificate, whichever is later).  Please ensure you have a signed copy of the decision letter from your LA.  Hearings will be heard on papers (from the evidence alone, no need to attend a Hearing) and I will support your through the full Appeal timetable.
