When you receive your Final EHCP and you are not happy with the content or the school named, we can help you to appeal to the SEND Tribunal. You can submit an appeal within 2 months of the date on the local authority’s decision letter, or within one month of the date on the mediation certificate, if you have one.
This service includes:
- Review all evidence and assessment reports
- Review final EHCP
- Advise on any new evidence you may need, how to obtain this
- How to obtain your Mediation Certificate
- Prepare full 'reasons for appeal'
- Complete SEND35 form
- Managing the timeline for the appeal and continued advice and support throughout the appeal process
- Completing Request for Change SEND 7 form to submit new evidence
- Completing the Case Review Form
Any work after completing the Case Review Form is charged separately, for example Working Document amendments, preparing the Court Bundle. Our hourly rate for this work is £80 per hour.
