We will prepare your application to your Local Authority for an EHC Needs Assessment based on whether your young person has special educational needs and whether they may need special education provision to be made through an EHC Plan.  We will help you to gather the relevant evidence to support the application.  Please note you do not need your school's support to make an application, and your young person does not need a diagnosis or to be failing academically at school to meet the legal threshold to apply.
